Amerivon Retail Capital Markets invests in companies when retail representation is provided. Capital is a critical element necessary to realize growth opportunities within mass market retail distribution and in certain cases, provide liquidity for principals.
Our strategy is to partner with the management of our portfolio companies and assist them in becoming leaders in their respective market segments.
Because of our strong financial resources we are able to provide capital to companies of all sizes. Some of our portfolio companies are just entering mass market retail distribution, while others are already market leaders seeking to broaden product line expansions. Capital can be used for muscle-building infrastructure, research and design, and providing necessary resources to support retailer’s test-programs and national roll-outs.
